Objective: This MDP aims to address the glaring need for expertise in project management for effective execution of business projects and will be useful for any manager who is involved in execution of medium/ large projects. The participants will learn about the various technical tools and techniques of project management along with other softer aspects like management of project teams, role of communication, legal aspects etc. The focus will be on applications. The pedagogy will consist of lectures, case analysis and management games.
